This is a License for an Oversize/Overweight Permit. There are three categories :
Telecommunication Companies that must have City of Cedar Falls Council approval before working within the City of Cedar Falls Right of Way.
Telecommunication Companies that have a negotiated agreement with the State of Iowa (Examples: Lumen, Mediacom, Iowa Communications Network).
